About the work: Ming Wong was given a pile of old encyclopedias that had been left at the doorstep of the Literary & Scientific Institute in Bridport. The resulting piece was a stunning projected book which enabled the viewer to literally sit inside the pages. This work was commissioned by PVA Medialab for SWIPE2001 with the aid of a regional arts lottery programme award from South West Arts.
