HighDefinitionLab

In October PVA MediaLab worked with 6 new film makers to produce six 3-minute narrative films shot on HDV format. Caroline Ellis, James Price, Ivon Oates, Philiy Page, Kimberly Webb and Tom Williams worked in the studio with a professional support team to realise these exciting new pieces.

The films were premiered at an open studio event on October 25 2006 and are available here to view:

High Definition Lab is a production-led bursary scheme offering training in the use of HDV format, support to develop skills in the writing and execution of short film scripts and assistance to create a culture of making and finishing films quickly and to strict deadlines.
